Getting into Shape by Running Overweight

I hadn’t weighed myself in a long time. It wasn’t because I forgot about it. I just didn’t want to know how much weight that I had gained because I knew that I would not like the number on the scale. I was not the weight that I had been a few years ago. I finally weighed myself and I was determined to make some progress. I wasn’t going to let myself believe that I had to stay this weight. I knew that I would exercise even if I was overweight. I began running overweight. It certainly was not easy. The first day running, I did not know how many days I was going to make it. However, running consistently has really paid off! I have already lost so much weight. I feel so much more confident about how I look and I absolutely love to go running every day now!
